EVENT COVERAGE

Below is information regarding standard event photography, conducted by Caitlin Cunningham Photography LLC.

Process:

  • Coverage as agreed upon by Photographer and Client (typically, there is a two-hour minimum required)

  • General cull and edit of shoot

  • Shoot guaranteed within five business days, unless otherwise agreed upon by Photographer and Client

  • Images delivered via a password-protected gallery

  • Retouched selections are provided as both high-resolution and web-resolution files, and available for three months prior to gallery expiration

  • Studio guarantees digital archiving for one year from shoot date

Booking Details Required:

  • Site contact’s name, cell phone number, and email address

  • Shoot location (address, building and/or room number)

  • Building access information (if applicable)

  • Provide parking pass, or confirm parking as a reimbursable fee

  • Provide purchase order number (if applicable; Photographer can provide full quote at contact’s request)

Rates and Fees:

  • $2800.00 per full day (8 hours)

  • $1800.00 per half-day (5 hours)

  • $400.00 per hour (up two four hours)

  • $25.00 per retouched edit (if applicable)

  • $200.00 for same-day delivery of up to 15 images

  • 50% of shoot value for same-day delivery of full shoot
